Yes, we have an in-house design team that provides both 2d and 3d mockups. You only have to send us your artwork files, and our design team will handle the rest of the work. We only proceed once you approve the mockup. We also allow unlimited revisions for the design.

The physical mockups come with a setup cost based on the box specifications; however, around 30-50% of that amount is reimbursed if you proceed with the order. The samples consist of 3-4 boxes with both matte and gloss lamination.

We use ups, dhl and FedEx to handle most of our shipping. However, sometimes we use trucks to deliver the boxes to your doorstep based on the quantity of the order.

Everything from production to shipping is included in the quote; there are no extra charges for die plates.

We accept all formats: PSD, PDF, JPEG, and PNG. However, it will be preferable if the file is editable, and for PNG or JPEG, it should be in high resolution.

At Custom Box Depot, we generally accept a low MOQ of 100 units.

Check that all fonts are perfectly outlined before you submit the file. 4. Make sure that the file has a bleed area of at least 0.125 inches beyond the trim line to ensure no white edges appear.
