Returns & Refunds Policy

At Custombox Depot, all orders are custom-made based on individual customer requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, traditional returns are not accepted. However, we offer a Free Reprint Guarantee to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Having served thousands of clients, we are committed to delivering packaging that matches approved specifications on every order.

Custom Orders & Return Eligibility

Each order is produced according to customer-provided specifications. Therefore:

  • Custom packaging orders are non-returnable
  • Orders are non-refundable once production begins
  • Digital proof approval is required before production starts

Free Reprint Guarantee

Customers may qualify for a free reprint if the delivered order includes:

  • Printing defects
  • Incorrect size or specifications due to our error
  • Incorrect material used
  • Short quantity confirmed by our Quality Control team
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping-related damage (with valid proof)

Approved reprints are produced at no additional cost.

Quality Claim Timeframe (7-Day Window)

All quality concerns must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for review or reprint.

Quality Control Review Process

All claims are evaluated by our Quality Control (QC) team:

  • A detailed assessment is conducted
  • Findings are shared with the customer
  • Approved claims are scheduled for reprint promptly

If a short quantity is verified, the missing quantity will be reproduced and shipped accordingly.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available once production begins.

A refund may only be considered if:

  • Production has not started
  • Materials have not been processed
  • The request is approved by management

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted due to the custom manufacturing process.

Artwork Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all final proofs, including:

  • Spelling and grammar
  • Colors and layout
  • Box dimensions and specifications
  • Dielines and cut marks
  • Barcode placement (if applicable)

Once approved, production begins shortly thereafter.

Shipping & Damage Reporting

Custombox Depot ships globally using trusted carriers such as:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS

If damage occurs during shipping, customers must provide:

  • Photos of outer cartons
  • Photos of internal packaging
  • Photos of damaged items

This documentation helps us investigate and resolve claims efficiently.

How to Submit a Claim

To request a reprint or report a quality issue, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video evidence
