Reprints, Quality Claims, and Refund Policy
Since all products are custom-made:
Reporting timeframe
You must report defects within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
Quality Control Review
Our QC team will determine whether the issue is due to production error or customer input.
Resolution
- If it’s our fault → Free reprint
- If it’s customer error → Reprint at customer cost
Refunds are generally not issued once production begins.
Order Placement, Pricing, Payments, and Cancellations
Pricing
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Production begins only after payment and proof approval.
Payment Methods

- Invoice-based payments
Card payments may include processing fees.
Net Terms
Net terms (Net 30/60) are available only for approved partners.
Proof Approval
Once approved, production begins quickly and changes are typically not possible.
Cancellations
- Before production → Possible (may include fee)
- After production → Not allowed
Design Orders
All design services are non-refundable.
Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax may apply. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation at the time of order.
Artwork & File Submission
For best results:
- 300 DPI resolution
- CMYK format
Custombox Depot is not responsible for issues caused by low-quality or incorrect files.
You confirm ownership or authorization for all submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to (refuse) any inappropriate or unlawful content.
Proofs & Color Accuracy
Customers must carefully review proofs for:
- Text and layout
- Image placement
- Margins and bleed
Color variations may occur due to printing limitations. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Gang Printing
We generally avoid gang printing but may use suitable methods based on production requirements.
Overruns & Underruns
Industry standard allows up to ±5% quantity variation.
Billing may adjust based on actual delivered quantity.
Delivery, Shipping & Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on:
- Product type
- Quantity
- Location
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs
- Weather or external factors
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
All disputes shall be resolved in Illinois courts.
